EXAM Rules

Examination Rules and Regulations for Students

1.                  Students must report to school 30minutes before the start of examination.

2.                  Remember to bring all your equipments (Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Instrument box, Ruler sharpener etc) by yourself. Borrowing the equipments from your friends in the examination hall will net be entertained.

3.                  Students are not allowed to use any calculators other than fx-82-100.

4.                  Students should act in accordance with any instructions issued by the Supervisors or Invigilators and should well behave in the examination hall.

5.                  Students are not allowed to communicate with anyone except a Supervisor or Invigilator and no student may use or attempt to use unfair means to gain advantage in an examination. If the students failed to obey, the invigilators have the authority to immediately order the person or persons who violate the regulations to leave the examination hall.

6.                  The paper for those students caught for practicing unfair means will be cancelled and awarded no mark in the particular subject. He/ she shall be asked to write statement.

7.                  Students are not allowed to visit toilet during writing time in an exam.

8.                  Students are not allowed to leave the examination hall before half of the writing time.

9.                  Students must tie together all the answer script used including rough working and hand in your answer script to the invigilators before you leave. The unused answer script must no remove from an examination room.

10.              Student should make sure to check their name, roll number, class and section on their answer script before they leave the hall.

11.              Students are not allowed to linger around the examination hall and discuss their question paper after the examination.

Examination Rules and Regulations for Invigilators

 1.                  Assist examination committee in conducting the examinations smoothly.

2.                  Invigilators must be in time. They should report to the examination cell 10muntes before the students enter the examination hall

3.                  Invigilators should maintain discipline in the examination hall.

4.                  Invigilators should not make their internal adjustment within themselves. They should report to examination committee if necessary.

5.                  Relievers should relive the invigilators on time.

6.                  Only one concerned subject teacher will be allowed to go for round checking for correction if required.

7.                  Invigilators should not involve in reading any material or checking answer scripts during while on examination duty.

8.                  Check the hall, table or any other written materials to find out whether there is any information that can unfairly help students in examination.

9.                  Invigilators should immediately inform the examination committee if they find any students indulging in unfair means during the examination.

10.              Invigilators should make sure that answer scripts are received back at the end of each examination. Writing of name, roll number, class and section should be checked before receiving the answer scripts.

11.              Invigilators should let the students to leave the examination before half of their writing time.

12.              Invigilators shouldn’t let the students to go for toilet unless the arrangements are made for adequate vigilance.

13.              Anyone who fails to comply above rules shall be called for an explanation by the school administration.
