Must maintain a clean, pleasant, friendly & attractive atmosphere at all
times.

Must have pleasant and efficient catering personnel.

Must have presentable/hygienic utensils and crockery for the students.

Must maintain high hygienic standards in kitchen and cooking processes.

Must maintain a standard menu which must be displayed and followed.

Must provide fresh, nutritious meals at all times as per
the menu.

Must cater to both official & non official programs of the school.

Must cater meals on the following the timings of the school.

Must buy the school agricultural products (seasonal vegetables &animal
products) as per the existing market rates.

Must permit the school Mess committee to inspect kitchen & food preparation
process at any time.

A Teacher on Duty will supervise
lunch and Matron/Warden will supervise Breakfast & dinner on regular basis.

The school Mess Committee will be permitted to intervene or authorized to
terminate the catering services with a notice period of 10 days if failing
to Comply with or violation of the terms & conditions laid down as above.

The Dzongkhag Authorities will be the sole agent to appoint the Catering
Management through open quotation when ever required.
Besides the above terms & conditions, the
following Conduct and Behavior must be maintained at al times around the clock:
a)
The catering Management personnel must not violate the code of Conduct and
ethics of the school.
b)
The Catering Management must not pose any danger to the stability of the school.
c)
The Catering Management must refrain from undesirable practices and instead must
encourage &inculcate healthy and positive habits amongst the students.
d)
Sale of alcoholic drinks, narcotic substance also including doma pan and beetle
nuts will be strictly prohibited within school premises.
e)
The Catering Management’s personnel must support the school in maintaining the
school properties and campus.
f)
The Catering Management’s personnel must dress appropriately, conduct and behave
that is congenial to school’s decorum/culture.
