Value Education Policy

  • All the teachers will be responsible for inculcating/imparting Values education and be role models and exhibit good attitude towards life, working ethics, commitment, and carry out responsibilities diligently also maintain good inter personal relationship with superiors, colleagues and the community at large.
  • The teachers entrusted with taking up Values education will prepare the yearly action plan and conduct/organize values related programs accordingly.
  • All teachers will impart Values education integrated with their subjects or even when discharging the responsibilities  during co-curricular activities outside the classrooms.
  • The expatriate teachers will even share/talk about their customs, traditions, religion and mainly values related to inform or make aware that positive values are integral human nature/values desired in all societies across the globe.
  • The Bhutanese teachers will in turn share/talk about the rich Bhutanese customs, traditions, religion or any values related topics whenever the right situations arises during the lessons, co-curricular activities and mainly substitution periods.
  • The Values education teachers will also organize screening of values related films, documentary or invite guest speakers and conduct poster exhibition, cultural activities, sports & games, cleaning campaigns, etc.
  • All teachers, support staff and students are to practice and keep up with the positive attitude/values as desired in the society and the world at large.
