Student Support Policy

The Coordinator will develop an action plan for the whole year.
The coordinator and members will actively initiate actions and will vigilantly supervise students who require their services.
The committee will identify the needy student and help, guide and counsel them whenever the need arises.
The committee will also initiate to raise funds to help the needy students by organizing fund raising programs.
The committee will recommend the school to exempt the poor, orphan student from paying fees and provide free stationery if fund is available.
The committee will pass information to parents in case of emergency.
The committee will identify the outstanding students of the year.
The committee will be responsible to render parental care especially to the girls and talk to the girls about teenage pregnancy and intimate relationship with the boys.
The Coordinator will be an active member of the discipline committee.
