Property Management Policy

  • The overall property management will be looked after by the Furniture In charge mainly for the supplies of furniture and equipments received by the school.
  • The Furniture In charge will maintain the stock register for all the furniture received for the school. He/She will also maintain the list of furniture issued and used in the library, laboratories, classrooms, offices, staff rooms, dormitories and staff quarters.  He/ She will also be responsible for issuing out the furniture and then receiving back especially from Dzongkhag Authorities and other agencies.
  • The librarians, lab. Assistants, class teachers, office staff, wardens and matrons will be responsible and accountable for the furniture and maintaining of the respective rooms, labs and dormitories including the doors, window panes, latches and electrical fittings.
  • The classroom doors, window panes, latches, green boards, cupboards and electrical fittings will be maintained by the students and class teachers concerned.
  • The Agriculture Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for all the agricultural tools and equipments including the maintaining of the piggery and poultry farm. A separate stock register is to be maintained for accountability and for handing/taking over purpose.
  • The Multi- skilled person will be responsible and accountable for all the carpentry tools and equipments received by the school. A separate stock register is to be maintained for accountability and for handing/taking over purpose.
  • The House wiring Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for all the electrical tools / equipment, the supplies of electrical appliances & spares including the sound systems.  A separate stock register is to be maintained for accountability and for handing/taking over purpose.
  • The Cultural Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for the chadi items, flag poles, tent, tent poles, cultural items including the masks, and traditional musical instruments, tape recorder and the TV and video deck.  A separate stock register is to be maintained for accountability and for handing/taking over purpose.
  • Mr. Chandra will be responsible and accountable for the care of the kitchen and its facilities such as ovens, utensils, weighing machine and up keep of the food stores and kitchen.  A separate list of items to be maintained for accountability and for handing/taking over purpose.
  • The Maintenance Committee, Multi skilled Instructor, Multi skilled worker and care taker will be responsible and accountable for maintaining the entire physical structures, campus, water installments, electrical fittings, school gate, sign boards and school fencing.
  • The care taker will be responsible and accountable for any destruction of trees/flower gardens, vandalism, stray cattle, and children playing in the school campus and breaking of fence.
