- All teachers are expected to carry out the duty assigned punctually, honestly and sincerely without much of argument with the coordinators. Teachers not cooperating with the exam coordinator will take charge of this post from the next exam.
- All subject teachers are required to type the question papers themselves.
- During invigilation time you are strictly required to refrain from reading books, corrections, sleeping, listening to music from cell phone or continuous sitting in the same place.
- You will not be entertaining calls. Keep your mobile phones switched off till you are in the hall.
- Be resourceful at all times. Inquire the students like whether full sheet or half will be required and issue accordingly. The unused last page may be misused by students .
- Always initial on the answer sheet after checking whether the required details are fully filled by the students. (Like Name, Roll No and Class). Do not initial while distributing the answer sheets.
- Students attempting to copy or teaching friends should be sent out of the exam hall and awarded Zero and sent to Principal for counseling. The paper should be handed over to the coordinator immediately.
- Close the windows, door and put off the switches before locking the exam hall.
- Maintain your exam hall neat and clean at all times during the exam.
